These Terms and Conditions apply to all students, guests, and participants of Luminaria Yogashala. By booking a course or attending a session, you agree to abide by these terms.

• To secure a spot in any course, full payment or a deposit is required.

• All payments must be made in Thai Baht (THB) through the available payment methods listed on our website.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

• Cancellations made at least 30 days before the start date of the course are eligible for a refund, minus the deposit.

• Cancellations made within less than 30 days of the course start date are non-refundable.

• If the Yogashala cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

• No refunds will be given once the course has started.

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and activities.

• Late arrivals may not be allowed to enter the class to avoid disruption.

• The Yogashala reserves the right to remove any student who displays inappropriate behavior, including disrespectful conduct, harassment, or violation of these terms. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

• Students must inform instructors of any pre-existing medical conditions before starting the course.

• The Yogashala is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from participation in yoga sessions.

• Students practice at their own risk and are encouraged to seek medical advice if needed before joining.

• The price is included with full board accommodation and meals, three times a day, from Monday to Sunday.

• Any dietary restrictions should be communicated in advance.

• All course materials, including manuals, videos, and online content, are the property of the Yogashala and cannot be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.

• Any personal information collected during registration will be kept confidential and used only for course-related purposes.

• We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.

• By joining the course, participants agree that their face might appear in the Yogashala's promotional material such as flyers, posters, or website.

• The Yogashala is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes due to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

• These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Thai legal procedures.
